We shall not be held responsible for delayed delivery or failure to perform, if the delay or failure is neither due to our fault nor for our account pursuant to the law or generally accepted principles.
We encourage you to examine the delivery package and received Product(s) within 14 (fourteen) days after they are delivered to you and check their condition and that the content of the delivery package is complete. In case of damaged or missing Product(s), please contact our Customer Service.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We sell high quality products and take the greatest care in packaging and sending these to you. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us and we will either replace it or issue you with a voucher for the value of the product, subject to the terms below:

If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it to us within 10 days of receiving it. Only defective products may be returned thereafter. You will have the option of exchanging the product or being credited with a voucher for the same value. We do not offer cash refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

If you wish to return a product it must be undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached. It must be returned with all accessories and parts that it came with. Please email contact@instincttrail.co.za should you wish to arrange a return.

We are entitled to inspect the product to validate your return. Please email contact@instincttrail.co.za with your query and we will arrange the return with you.

The definition of a defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product which renders it unfit for its intended use.
Our products are checked before leaving, however If you find a problem with your product, we need to know within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Depending on the availability of a substitute product we will either replace or credit you with a voucher for the value of the product.
Returns must include a reason for the return.

If a product is returned to us, other than for a defect, and has been disassembled or altered in any way, you will lose the right of return.
Products which are found to be unsuitable for a particular purpose may be returned within 10 days of delivery– a reasonable amount for necessary restoration costs to render the goods fit for restocking may be charged. All products are guaranteed for 12 months.

Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery / collection by emailing contact@instincttrail.co.za. 
We will arrange return delivery of the product. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will replace the product as soon as possible (if we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement) or credit you with a voucher for the purchase price of the product.
